View the Event Log
Event logging for the portal is automatically enabled in Data Hub Service (DHS). You can filter the view of the event log.
About this task
- Go to the MarkLogic Data Hub Service home page, and select the history icon () from the menu.
- Customize the view.
You can filter by the time period, by user, by event, or by the description. You can also limit the number of events displayed.
Column Description Date & Time The date and time of the event. The local time zone of the user account is displayed. Event The event code.

By The portal user account that triggered the event. Description A description of the event, including the name of the service if relevant, such as starting or stopping the service.
- (Optional) To restore the default view, click the refresh icon ().
