Contact Support

If you run into issues while using MarkLogic Data Hub Service (DHS), contact MarkLogic Technical Support by creating a ticket or sending an email.

Note: MarkLogic recommends creating a ticket.
Important: To receive support from the MarkLogic Technical Support team, you must be a registered MarkLogic Support Contact with a Support account and active services in Data Hub Service.

Create a Ticket

To create a ticket, sign in to your Support account at https://help.marklogic.com/ and click New Ticket. In the form, select Cloud Services as the department and provide all requested information.

Send an Email

You can send an email to cloud-support@marklogic.com.
Tip: For quickest response, please provide all information you are asked to provide.

If you send an email to MarkLogic Technical Support, please include the following information:

Identifier Description
MarkLogic Service ID The identifier for your DHS account. In the DHS navigation bar, click the username to open the drop-down menu and display your MarkLogic Service ID.

MarkLogic Service ID

Service ID The identifier for your service. In the Dashboard, click the service name in the Service column.

Example: mlaas-1234abcd-12ab-12ab-12ab-123456abcdef

Note: The MarkLogic Technical Support team only needs your Service ID if it is applicable to your issue.
Platform The platform on which your service is running.

Example: Azure
