About this task

This task accesses the list of MarkLogic Capacity Units (MCUs) Year contracts in your Data Hub Service (DHS) portal. The Contract List page provides a detailed list of your organization's MCUs Year contracts.
Important: For this task, you need the ACCT-ADMIN portal role. See Portal Roles.

Procedure

  1. Go to the MarkLogic Data Hub Service home page.
  2. In the top menu, click the username to open the drop-down menu.
    • In the drop-down menu, click Contracts.

  3. In the Contract List page, view your detailed list of contracts.
    Tip: To make your search easier, you can:
    • click a column header to sort the table
    • drag and drop columns in your preferred order
    • use the search bar to search contracts by contract number or region

    Column Description
    Service ID The MarkLogic Service ID to which a contract applies.
    Region The region to which the contract applies. Example: Central US
    Contract Number A series of numbers used to identify a contract.
    MCU Total amount of MarkLogic Capacity Units (MCUs) you can consume per hour for a contract. Example: 36
    Amount The amount you paid for a contract.
    Currency The currency of the amount. The value can be USD (United States Dollar) or EUR (Euro).
    Start The start date of a contract. Format: MM/DD/YYYY
    Expiration The expiration date of a contract. Format: MM/DD/YYYY
    Status The status of a contract. The value can be the following:
    • Active: The contract is being applied to your bill. The date is within the contract start and expiration dates.
    • Inactive: The contract is not being applied to your bill. The date is before the contract start date or the contract is disabled.
    • Expired: The contract is not being applied to your bill. The date is after the contract expiration date.
