Version Compatibility

Supported MarkLogic Server Versions

In this release, the minimum support MarkLogic Server 10.x version is 10.0-10.

Knowledge Graph Improvements

Features

Cambridge Intelligence's ReGraph technology powers the Knowledge Graph for the Model and Explore areas of Hub Central.

This technology offers a seamless graphing experience with clearer isolation on single nodes.

Global Settings

Features

The Global Settings panel is available on the Hub Central home screen. It allows the user to control the process from a higher interface level.

The Global Settings include four primary parameters:

  1. Provenance Granularity: the level of detail the interface logs for provenance.
  2. Falsy Values: determines whether or not the mapping entity instances retain null values.
  3. Target Permissions: a comma-delinated string that specifies which permissions are necessary to grant access to the record.
  4. Entity Validation: determines whether to validate errors against the entity type definition and manages documents with errors.

hubDebug Command

Features

The hubDebug Command assesses the state of a cluster, providing useful information about potential issues in the flow process.

The command enables the user to resolve issues more efficiently to resume managing the flow.

MarkLogic Client Jar

Features

The marklogic-data-hub-6.1.0-client.jar allows the user to maintain their current automations after upgrading to Data Hub 6.1.0 by adding it to their Gradle path.

Other Improvments and Bug Fixes

Features

New Template-Driven-Extraction View: allows optimized SQL views that require fewer joins when constructing SQL queries.

Empty Spaces in Collections: allows the user to add empty/white spaces in collection names.
