An entity model specifies the standardized properties for data from various sources. When ingested data is mapped to an entity model, each mapped document contains an entity instance, where the document's original values are assigned to the entity model's properties.

Procedure
- In the navigation bar, click View Entities.
The page displays the list of entity models in your Data Hub instance.
Column Name |
Description |
Entity Name |
Name of the entity model. |
Documents |
The number of all documents mapped to the entity model. |
Last Harmonized |
The relative time when the entity model was last mapped to documents. |
- To sort the table, click a column header with the sort icon ().
- To view all documents mapped to the entity model, click the entity model name.
- To view the most recent set of documents mapped to the entity model, click the Last Harmonized value for the entity model.
- To view the properties of an entity model, click the arrow to the left of the entity model name.
