Namespaces specifies a set of global prefix to URI XML namespace mappings. Web applications can freely use the configured prefixes without the need for defining the namespace prefix in the XQuery prolog.
The following are the fields to configure for each namespace binding on the Namespace Configuration page:
- prefix specifies the prefix that binds to the specified namespace URI.
- namespace URI specifies a namespace URI.
