NamedNodeMap.getNamedItemNS(

   localname as String
) as XMLNode

Return the node with the given localname and namespace URI, if it exists in the map.

Parameters
uri	Namespace URI of the node to return.
localname	Local name of the node to return.

If the first argument is null, it will match a node with no namespace.
