Stops journal archiving to the specified list of forests.

Parameters
$forestIDs A sequence of forest IDs.

This operation requires at least one of the following privileges:

http://marklogic.com/xdmp/privileges/xdmp-database-backup/database/{id}

  • If the forests are not archiving journals, this function does nothing. You can check whether or not a forest is archiving journals by looking for a fs:journal-archive element in its forest-status output. declare namespace fs="http://marklogic.com/xdmp/status/forest" ;xdmp:forest-status(xdmp:forest('Documents'))/  fs:point-in-time-recovery/fs:journal-archive
