view:remove(
   $schema-name as xs:string,
   $view-name as xs:string
) as empty-sequence()

Summary

This function removes the named view from the named schema specification.

Parameters
schema-name The name of the schema containing the view to be removed.
view-name The name of the view to be removed.

Example

  xquery version "1.0-ml"; 
 
  import module namespace view = "http://marklogic.com/xdmp/view" 
      at "/MarkLogic/views.xqy";
 
  view:remove("main", "songs")

  (: Removes the 'songs' view from the 'main' schema. :)
