sec.checkAdmin

sec.checkAdmin() as null

Summary

Throws an error if the current user does not have the admin-ui privilege.

Usage Notes

This function must be executed against the security database.

Example

// execute this against the security database
 
const sec = require('/MarkLogic/security.xqy');

sec.checkAdmin()

=>  SEC-NOADMIN: User does not have admin-ui privilege.
