Summary

This function constructs a phrase through specification.

Parameters
namespace The namespace URI.
localname The local name for the node.

Example


  xquery version "1.0-ml";

  import module namespace admin = "http://marklogic.com/xdmp/admin"
		  at "/MarkLogic/admin.xqy";

  admin:database-phrase-through("my/namepsace", "elementname" )
  (: returns the phrase through specification :)
