Reference: The User Configuration Page
To assign an external name to a user through the Admin Interface User configuration page, follow these steps:
Click Security in the left tree menu.
Click Users. The User summary page appears.
Either click the name of an existing user or create a new one by clicking the Create tab at the top of the User summary page. The User configuration page appears.
In the External Name section, enter the external name (for example, an LDAP Distinguished Name (DN) or a Kerberos User Principal) for the user into the [add] field.
[Optional] Click More External Names to access more [add] fields to fill.
Complete any other fields as necessary.
Click OK. The external names provided are assigned to this user.
