Summary

This function updates the JWT secrets for the inputted JWT key-IDs in the given external security object. The inputted key-IDs must be unique and exist in the given external security object.

Parameters
external-security-name Name of the external security object.
oauth-jwt-key-ids The list of OAuth key-IDs.
new-oauth-jwt-secret-values The new list of OAuth keys.
