Summary

Create an instance of the CNTK built-in Max reduction operation on specified tensor input operand along the specified axis

Parameters
$x Input tensor.
$axes Axes along which the reduction will be performed.
$keep-dims Whether to keep dimensions.
$name The name of the function instance in the network.
