Summary

Constructs a parameter from a parameter initializer.

Parameters
$shape The shape of the parameter.
$data-type The data-type.
$init A cntk:initializer with which to initialize the value of the parameter.
$device On which device to create the parameter.
$name The name of the parameter.

  cntk:parameter(cntk:shape((2,3)), "float", cntk:uniform-initializer(100))
  => cntk:parameter(Parameter(Uid(Parameter4413), Shape([2 x 3]), Dynamic Axes([])))
