cntk:broadcast-as

cntk:broadcast-as(
   $operand as cntk:variable,
   $broadcast-as as cntk:variable,
   $name as xs:string
) as cntk:function

Summary

Creates a sequence out of a non-sequence by endowing the operand with dynamic axes of the same type as the broadcast_as_operand and broadcasting the value of the operand along those dynamic axes.

Parameters
$operand The symbolic tensor whose value will be broadcast.
$broadcast-as The symbolic tensor whose dynamic axes will be used to broadcast the operand.
$name The name of the function instance in the network.

Example

  let $input-variable1 := cntk:input-variable(cntk:shape((3)), "float",
    fn:false(), fn:false(), "feature")
  let $input-variable2 := cntk:input-variable(cntk:shape((3)), "float",
    fn:false(), fn:false(), "feature")
  return cntk:sequence-broadcast-as($input-variable1, $input-variable2)
  => cntk:function(Composite Sequence::BroadcastAs (Input(Name(feature),
  Shape([3]), Dynamic Axes([Sequence Axis(Default Dynamic Axis), Batch
  Axis(Default Batch Axis)])), Input(Name(feature), Shape([3]), Dynamic
  Axes([Sequence Axis(Default Dynamic Axis), Batch Axis(Default Batch Axis)]))))
