Path Namespace Configuration Help

Path Namespaces specifies a set of database-level prefix to URI XML namespace mappings. Indexes and lexicons that use namespaces in their path expressions require the prefixes to be defined here.

The following are the fields to configure for each namespace binding on the Path Namespace Configuration page:

• prefix specifies the prefix that binds to the specified namespace URI.
• namespace URI specifies the namespace for an element or an attribute.

Buttons and Tabs:

• Clicking the delete button on the Path Namespace Configuration page deletes the namespace configuration for the corresponding namespace.
• Click the Add tab to add more namespace mappings.
