Secure Credentials Configuration Help
Here you can configure secure credentials to be used when
accessing external web services or to implement a certificate
authority. Any configured password or private key is encrypted
in the Security database and only decrypted temporarily inside
the server when the credential is used by reference.

credential-name
is used by users to identify the credential.

credential-description
is an optional field to describe the credential.

credential-username
is an optional field to specify a username that will be used when
accessing web services.

credential-password
is an optional field to specify a password that will be used when
accessing web services.

credential-certificate
is an optional field to specify a PEM encoded certificate for use either
when accessing web services, or as the issuer if the credential is
used as a certificate authority.

credential-private-key
is an optional field to specify a private key corresponding to credential-certificate.

credential signing
controls whether the credential may be used to sign certificates.

credential target
controls what web services the credential can be used with.

credential permission
is a pairing of a role with a capability (read, execute). The
execute capability grants the ability to use the credential. The
read capability grants the ability to view the credential (but
not decrypt).
