) as empty-sequence()

Summary

Deletes the directory specified by pathname. Returns the empty sequence upon success.

Parameters
pathname Pathname of the directory to be deleted.

Usage Notes

The directory must be empty in order to delete it.

Example

xdmp:filesystem-directory-delete("/mydata/datafiles/olddir")
=> ()
