admin:forest-is-range-policy-range-set(
   $config as element(configuration),
   $forest-id as xs:unsignedLong
) as item()?

Summary

This function returns fn:false() if the specified forest has neither the lower boundary nor the upper boundary set. Otherwise, it returns fn:true().

Parameters
config A configuration specification, typically as returned from one of the Admin module functions.
forest-id The ID of the forest.
