This function sets the value in the configuration of the maximum number of threads for the specified task server on each host in the group. This is a "cold" operation; when you use admin.saveConfiguration to save the configuration, it will automatically restart MarkLogic Server.

config A configuration specification, typically as returned from one of the Admin module functions.
group-id The ID of the group to which the App Server belongs. Typically, this is the result of an admin:group-get-id call.
value The new integer value for the maximum number of threads; the server may also additionally limit threads.
