Summary

Create an instance of the CNTK built-in operator for converting the specified tensor operand into a sequence

Parameters
$x The tensor (or its name) which is converted to a sequence.
$sequence-axis-name-prefix Prefix of the new sequence axis name.
$name The name of the function instance in the network.
