admin:appserver-set-backlog( $config as element(configuration), $appserver-id as xs:unsignedLong, $value as xs:unsignedInt ) as element(configuration)
This function sets the value in the configuration of
the backlog (the maximum number of pending connections
allowed on the HTTP socket) for the specified App Server.
This is a "cold" operation; when you use
	      admin:save-configuration
	       to save the
		  configuration, it will automatically restart
		  MarkLogic Server.

(: returns the new configuration element -- use admin:save-configuration
to save the changes to the configuration or pass the configuration
to other Admin API functions to make other changes. :)
