admin.databaseDeletePathNamespace

admin.databaseDeletePathNamespace(
   config as element(configuration),
   database-id as (Number|String),
   path-namespaces as element(db.pathNamespace)[]
) as element(configuration)

Summary

This function deletes the specified namespaces from the configuration for the specified database. If the namespace is already in use in an index path expression, then ADMIN-PATHNAMESPACEINUSE error is returned.

Parameters
config A configuration specification, typically as returned from one of the Admin module functions
database-id The ID of the database (for example, xdmp.database("myDatabase")).
path-namespaces The namespace specification that needs to be deleted.

This operation requires at least one of the following privileges:

http://marklogic.com/xdmp/privileges/admin/database

http://marklogic.com/xdmp/privileges/admin/database/{id}

http://marklogic.com/xdmp/privileges/admin/database/index

http://marklogic.com/xdmp/privileges/admin/database/index/{id}
